Bought this charging cable. After literally a few weeks of use and plugging and unplugging the phone, the end of the cable started to wear out. I then had to start keeping the cord connected to the phone slanted and curved. Or it wouldn't charge at all. It got worse over time until the cable's inner metal wires protruded through the white rubber-plastic sheath. And then the metal end that went into the phone burst. Now it's completely broken. Other charging cables work fine so I know for sure this is not a problem with my phone. Rather the build quality and design of this product. Works, charges the phone. But that won't last very long. I wouldn't recommend it unless it came with your phone, you got it for free, or you bought it for less than $6.49. That would be a fairer price for this level of build quality and design integrity.
