I really like this keyboard. The keyboard arrived fairly well packaged and had all the items included in the wonderful instruction manual. I had the keyboard for a couple of weeks and there was a problem with one of the keys. I informed the company of my issue saying they were more than helpful THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPED. There was continuous feedback and they sent me a replacement keyboard which was delivered fairly quickly. They also had a pre-printed return envelope for my easy return. I really love this product and I really love the company of this product. The product feels great in your hands, easy to use, easy to navigate and the backlight is a bonus.
