The ease of use makes it easy to set up my agents with new features as they are needed without having any additional training or support from our customer service department. I like that there is an unlimited call volume limit when using their cloud services which allows us flexibility in choosing how we will handle those calls. This can be difficult for some customers who have large numbers of employees so you may need to find a better fit if this isn't what your business needs. Our team has been able to resolve many issues through outbound calling including answering questions about account status, resolving billing problems etc.
