I just needed something to enable USB from the front and it worked. I have this installed in my Tomahawk Max B450 and my nzxt H510. I didn't expect top performance, but it was enough. Other alternative products are more expensive or even out of stock, which is why I chose this model. It can charge and transfer data, and I don't use sleep mode, so I haven't been able to test how it handles waking. Overall it's good and I really only went with it because no big company made an accessory like this.
