How useful/good this sheet set is depends a lot on the purpose for which you buy it. I personally wouldn't sleep there. It's very, very thin and fluffy. It's not very good quality either, but given the price you're paying, that's to be expected. Now I bought this set for two specific purposes. My main goal was for the kids to stay with us for a couple of weeks and we needed extra sheets so we wouldn't worry about damaging them. They held up well although I think the boys didn't really like the pillowcases as they took them off fairly quickly. My secondary goal was to have this as a cheap set of sheets to take with me when my husband and I go camping. While we haven't yet, I imagine they will do a great job of providing an extra layer, albeit a thin one, between us and our air mattress. It's regular, it can be a cheap product for you. If you're looking for something inexpensive to sleep on I'd pay a little more and get a better quality bedding set - you won't believe the difference sleeping on good sheets versus mediocre or crappy ones. .
