They break very easily

Bought new. I was about to install them after sitting on a shelf for a month and found that one of the boots had cracked into several pieces. missed the return window. Ceramic is very brittle. The box was sealed and damaged on all sides. Switch to silicone. Now I need to contact Accel and get them to send me a replacement 1 wire.
