I have a Toyota pickup 93 22re 4 cylinder. I've just done 100,000 miles and I usually replace the distributor cap and rotor every 30,000 miles. I've used a Bosch cover before with no real problems other than usually loosening the mounting screws. I went with the OEM Toyota cap because it really isn't that much more expensive now thanks to Revain. All I can tell you is that it's worth it because 2 screws can't fall out. That was my only gripe with Bosch, when trying to turn the bolts with big hands in tight spaces I often dropped them or they fell into the engine bay. This OEM Toyota cover holds the screws, they cannot fall out as it is designed. I also like that the cylinders are numbered on the cover to avoid confusion when connecting the spark plug wire. As long as their price stays low I will be using them from now on.
