I really thought I would love this backpack. However, all inner pockets are closed with Velcro - very awkward when trying to get something out of the bag. And there are LOTS of small pockets, which means that if something doesn't fit in the bag, you won't be able to organize it well. The large pockets on the front of the bag have no folds so you can't really go into depth - it should be even. Finally, the files area is zipped, which means it's very difficult to get things in and out. I packed it for a trip and ripped up some of the stuff trying to fit in the zipper. On the web, this is looking very good for the organization. But it doesn't, so I'm sending it back.
