I'm short (5ft 2in) and had trouble finding a small laptop backpack to fit my 15.4 inch laptop. Most laptop backpacks are HUGE and make me look ridiculous. The zipper on the second large compartment broke after only being used twice. My third trip came after the 30 day return window and I couldn't find any other exchange options. I think the company either regularly produces poor quality products or has poor QAQC. If you're willing to risk $80 on what might end up being a "use twice then throw away" rental, do it.
