So when this package arrived it was in a long and narrow box. The box went through the bell and showed external damage. The actual piece inside suffered somewhat from this misdelivery and had dents on the wood. Luckily it was on the top and not visible after installation. Now the real product was easy to install with a couple of hooks (not included) and looks great when hung. However, if you look very closely, you will see that it needs another coat of stain or something. The wood just looks dry and rough. I ended up driving small nails into one side and slipping my goggles over it. This happened because one of them fell off from the vibration.
