When I install Reolink app, I chose the "$0 Beta Plan" cloud for free cloud services for 7 days. Two days later, reolink emailed me about the free cloud. The test plan is only valid until the end of September and after Setemper the data storage will be charged. I emailed them to ask why they didn't keep their promise. They then extended the free cloud services until the end of October instead of providing a 7-day free cloud service as they promised when I launched the reolink app. Many security cameras like Blink offer customers 7 days of free cloud services. They sell for almost the same price. Reolink gives customers misleading information and fails to deliver on its promise. This isn't the best way to keep customers and grow a business.
