I like that it's easy to use for employees! It is well organized with everything in one place! The only thing i don't like about this software is how many options there are when you try to navigate through it! And sometimes it can be difficult to find what information your looking for if you aren't well versed in working within the program. If you have no experience using the system then they should train you first before getting into advanced features or navigating too much at once. We're able to bill insurance better than we used to do by hand and get accurate reports.
