I like that there is an option to customize how many emails are sent out per day, which saves me from having multiple accounts open at once for different projects or clients! It would be nice if it could also send automated replies when people reply via email instead of just showing up as unread every 30 mins (or whatever interval).
We're using this tool with our project management system Jira Software - we've been able solve most problems by simply searching through their FAQs page first before sending them questions/requests directly into support@jirasoftwareincorporated.
