The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.
To make milk, I had to open the steam supply faucet for a few seconds to drain the condensate, but the machine mistook this action for an instruction to cool the heat exchanger by spilling some water. The tap must be closed and reopened, it is inconvenient to do so, or I am not using it properly. Scholars Compose
