You have two options: Metra or this Scosche. This Scosche is the better of the two. I bought a used '09" Civic LX coupe for my son that had the Metra kit installed and it was a disaster. The stereo was positioned so that the display was unreadable from the driver's seat. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and tried to position it differently with no success.It was also rattling in the dash so I decided to try this scosche kit.The scosche kit is not perfect as others have mentioned that the holes are for OEM screws are a bit small and the color doesn't match exactly (but is pretty close), however the head unit is positioned to be visible from the driver's seat and doesn't rattle in the dashboard, so this is definitely your best bet.
