Great warranty and response from the company.

I purchased this luggage for my son who is an engineer and travels the country by air. On his last trip, a wheel on the luggage got broken off by the baggage handlers. I contacted Coollife through Revain, sent them a picture of the damage and they replaced the bag. The new one is blue (he had the silver) but it doesn't matter the color. This is and excellent company that stands behind their two year warranty. Thank you Coollife for your excellent response.

The handle on the luggage may not adjust to the right height for all travelers
