This is a really cute little teapot. It works great when you pad it up, and that's where the problem lies. It fills up from the neck and the opening is not very big. Filling it out can be a messy business. If you only use loose tea, you will find it easier. Tea with flowers, pieces of fruit, etc. is very difficult to get into this small hole. The head is not too big but holds a normal amount of tea and hugs the body snugly. It's a bit difficult to clean for the same reason it's difficult to refill, but once you get the old tea out the silicone cleans like new. It hangs very well in my travel mug and despite its shortcomings I still use it regularly.
