Very easy to carry, easy to fold and unfold, no assembly required and strong enough for our 5 toy poodles. It was easy to fix in the car interior. To get our poodles to use it, we tempted them with treats until they got the hang of it. Some of them got used to it straight away and went up and down without any problems. Our smallest poodle is only 4.6 pounds with short legs so he had the most problems and didn't use it. If the dog is very small or not used to going up and down stairs, this can be a problem. We recommend changing the product name from "ramps" to "stairs" as they actually use ladders. All in all we would recommend this product as it is easy to use, easy to fold and reasonably priced. Our dogs are small so we could lift them to the back of the car if we wanted to. We think this product will come in handy for people with bigger dogs to avoid having to lift the big dog to the back of the car when they can use this ladder to get there.
