The user interface has lots of features to help organize all your activities. It's very customizable from your dashboard/home screen. Reporting. A lot of reporting options are offered for you to access any time if it doesn't work out right away upon creation. You can create reports by date range or task completed. Very good tool for organization and communication with team members. I like how easy it was to use this product when I first started using it. We were able to communicate throughout our entire department more effectively than we could before having used this software. I like the ability to manage all aspects of projects from start to finish. It's easy for non-technical people to use. The interface could be simplified a bit. There are a lot of options that can be overwhelming at first. We have been able to track our projects from inception to completion. We have also been able to manage all aspects of our projects from start to finish.
