Review on No Slip Football Gloves for Cutters Game Day by Tom Childress

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Definitely worth the price.

I bought these for my 7 year old son's first year of football. They had mixed reviews, and durability seemed to be a common theme among the bad reviews. However, I took a chance because these were the cheapest gloves. My son likes them. They fit him well and say they are comfortable. They also lasted 2 months before part of the sticky palm pattern detached from one finger of the glove. (We had 3 practices and 1 game a week. I washed the gloves on a gentle cycle and hung them out to dry 2 times a week.) Even though my finger came off, they are still sticky and still work. Bigger kids or adults are more picky about gloves than my 55lbs. Child. Maybe it's related somehow? If you want high quality, then buy a pair of "famous brand" gloves. As with most things, you get what you pay for. Maybe we're just lucky? All in all, these gloves were worth their money.
