As you can keep the cream in the container for 14 days, I did not want an aluminum product. This cream whipper is of excellent quality--all stainless steel. Only regret I may have is that I should have ordered the pint size as the quart size is very tall and good thing I have one shelf that slides back in my frig or it would have been too tall. The whipper does a great job and is a pleasure to use.
- The dispenser is easy to operate, even for those with limited experience in the kitchen
- May not be as effective for creating foam textures
