
If you're considering purchasing these great speakers, here's what you need to know: For Sonos Customer Service: With all due respect, the sound quality from your speakers is excellent! However, this is where the quality of your speakers ends. Networking Sonos speakers is a nightmare and your speakers DO NOT WORK. Too many bugs and your UI is terrible. I'm an IT professional and I have NEVER seen any setup software give you a message to try again later after a setup operation failed. Ever heard of error codes? I spent 5 FULL days setting up surround sound using the Beam, two Sonos speakers and a subwoofer. About $1,000 worth of product. Best I could do was get Sonos paired and working properly in one room in stereo (with IP addresses) and Beam working properly (with IP address) in another room. Alexa worked with the Beam but NOT with the Sonos One speakers. Your UI just told me something is wrong! For $1,000 THAT'S IT! I also tried setting up the speakers as a surround sound system. YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BEAM AND SONOS ONE SPEAKERS AS A SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM! I didn't even think about adding subwoofers! SORRY, YOUR SPEAKERS DO NOT WORK IN THE SURROUND CONFIGURATION. Your software is terrible and your support team is trying to blame the router! Sonos speakers are NOT consumer ready yet. Simply terrible software! It's a shame, because the sound quality and features are very high quality. Heartfelt advice: HIRE AN IT DEPARTMENT TO USE YOUR SOFTWARE BEFORE you go bankrupt!
