Update: Today June 2021 Purchased April 2020 The power cord has finally failed. The clip that keeps the cable from coming loose is already flimsy and just pops off. There aren't enough cables to replace, so I'll have to buy another one. I'm not sure what to say about this product but I would probably think twice before buying it again. I've already gone through the return process once. ---------------- Update needed: Mine arrived broken. This part of the computer is widely known in IT to break down. So it's not the manufacturer's fault alone. Good: Looks good and the fan grill is interesting to look at. The feel of the fan plastic can be felt from a good material. It is not flimsy and balances on all fan blades. Detachable cables are a big plus when looking to reduce internal clutter. Contents will be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect during transit. Bad: Mine is broken and needs to be replaced. I think there is a reset switch or LED power button on the back. It was hard to click. Update: Looks like I should have just received the faulty package. The exchange worked. The product meets my satisfaction with the purchase intention. The "Sticky" button is gone and feels much better when pressed.
