I ordered it a while ago but just installed it. WOW! What a great light. This light uses only 18 watts, compared to the previously installed can light, it used 120 watts. This reduces power consumption by 80%. The best part is that it emits a lot more white light than canned light. I installed it over the kitchen sink, it's much nicer than can light. Another note: if necessary, it can be installed directly under the hairpin. Installation was easy. I cut a hole 8 inches by 8 inches. connected the wires and placed the LED connector and controller in the junction box. Then I connected the light to a quick connector, pressed it into the ceiling and the springs held it in place. You need to buy nuts for the wires and make electrical connections. Check with your local electrical code and don't mess with electricity unless you know or are comfortable with wiring. Make sure the power is off when connecting. The photos were taken during the day so not the best photos but I will update them. Also, I would rate the ease of installation a 3 out of 10. Very easy to install.
