Very disappointed with this model. We've had previous models and were generally very satisfied; However, the last block took less than a year (!). However, I decided to buy another B&D, mainly because I couldn't decide which other brand to try. Since the old model is no longer available, I decided on this one. If we hadn't thrown the box away, it would have come back! The coffee is barely warm and brews a rather weak cup of coffee! The first morning I thought it was my imagination, but the second morning I noticed it again, so much so that I checked the coffee bag to make sure we hadn't made a mistake and bought something other than our usual dark roast: Sumatra. .Return to the quest!
