This skirt can be worn either fancy or casual. The shimmer on the skirt is just perfect, not too much and not too little. It really dresses up anything you wear with it. I purchased this skirt for my Daughter's wedding, wearing it with a beautiful lace off the shoulder top. It looks stunning together.
