Review on 🎧 Enhanced Audio Strap for HTC Vive by Efraine Cruise

I recently bought three of these. Last weekend we were finally able to use them. I have 5 days to return it so I contacted HTC. One of the three had headphones that didn't stay close to the ear. HTC refused to exchange for a new one. I have to ship it, pay for shipping, and have them "diagnose" it. The other two did a great job, so I know what's right and what's wrong with their work. I'd suggest making sure they're working perfectly before the return window closes, as it's not easy to work directly with HTC, even after spending a few thousand dollars on them.
