🎧 Enhanced Audio Strap for HTC Vive Review

The original Quest band is an evolution of the large elastic band. I was able to easily swap it out for this band and the fit is 1000% better! In addition to the huge difference in comfort, the sound is a step forward not only for the user but also for other people in the same environment, since now they can no longer hear what is going on in the headset! Highly recommended.

Great addition to my Oculus quest! The discomfort and pressure points of the face foam are gone. It slips off my face too. Headphones sound great, easy and comfortable. Check YouTube videos for mods. I used sticky velcro and black zip ties for the side connections so the Vive logo is visible. Highly recommended. It's worth it

This takes the Vive from normal to almost perfect in terms of lightness and comfort. This dinner is easy to take and take off and you will feel a lot better. I use mine with the wireless TPCAST adapter and attach the battery to the strap under the adjustment knob for a truly wireless setup. It is almost perfectly balanced. The headphones are very comfortable and sound good for what they are. This is not a problem and should be the default.

I recently bought three of these. Last weekend we were finally able to use them. I have 5 days to return it so I contacted HTC. One of the three had headphones that didn't stay close to the ear. HTC refused to exchange for a new one. I have to ship it, pay for shipping, and have them "diagnose" it. The other two did a great job, so I know what's right and what's wrong with their work. An early VR user with the original Oculus Rift and now Valve Index and Oculus Quest, the Quest lacked comfort and seriously lacked sound. I agree with everyone who says it's better than the original strap that came with Oculus Quest. However, I think you still need a counterbalance on this one. It's definitely more comfortable, but it was still heavy in the front and put pressure on my cheeks and forehead. It's just not that bad. I bought this to add some 3D printed adapters to my Quest 2 as the standard headgear is quite uncomfortable. The new harness is definitely comfortable.
