The best part is being able to see all my data at once without having multiple applications open or logging into different websites! Also it's so easy for me because I don't have much experience when working online but this program has helped with everything from scheduling employees through inventory control. Nothing really as far as dislikes go however there are some bugs here and sometimes things do not work correctly like they should be doing (i think its something within their system). We were trying to keep track of our employee schedules since we use time tracking software called Time Doctor; now instead of going back every day after everyone leaves just log onto blueyonder website and click "schedule" then select date/time and hit schedule button! It makes life easier plus saves us tons off paper calendars!!
