Review on Mailercloud by Jay Jeong

This tool is well designed for email marketing, everything you need for your campaign, this one is very flexible and has loads of different settings to allow customization according to the client needs. I like its dashboard design where it is an effortless way of managing your campaigns and their performance. It can be easily integrated with other systems such as Zapier or even if you want to use Mailchimp instead of MailerCloud you can do it. We have never faced any problem but when we needed to solve some issues we had to contact the support team which was not always so responsive and sometimes they did not understand us properly. Also there is no option to integrate our own domain in MailerCloud. I recommend it to everyone who wants to manage and run their email campaigns online. The main benefits are you can see how many open/click rate/engagement rate etc. the messages you send perform in order to improve your strategy. I like how user friendly it is, as well as its great customer service team. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner without me having to wait for several days! It would be nice if there was more flexibility with tags/labels or categories within mailings - but no complaints here either. We use this software for our daily operations and send thousands of emails each month. The ability to scale up when needed makes this system fantastic.
