This NVR is resetting channels and shows "Video Loss” on the screen. I tried switching cameras from another NVR but this NVR keeps dropping channels. Every time video loss occurs I have to restart the NVR and it works for several days until next video loss. I tried reconnecting all 10 cameras and moving them back and forth between the two DVRs; I have cleaned and reconnected all the connections. The problem is still there. I spoke to customer service about Revain for technical support. I complied with their request to update the firmware (the firmware was developed >10 years ago so you need a FAT/FAT32 USB stick) but the same problem occurs again after 2 days. Reolink technical support then walked me through many more steps and confirmed that there was no issue with the camera cables. I already told them that I shuffled the cameras from another Reolink NVR, but that didn't fix the issue. I wasted too much time and Reolink technical support didn't help and just wasted my time. Now I have to replace all cameras and DVRs with Amcrest again. Therefore, of course, I will prohibit the use of Reolink for future projects of my company.
