One-week update on foot, hand and nail care

I'll get back to you with an update. It has literally been 7 days and as soon as I wrote about this product, Bug Gel Polish Top, I noticed that it was peeling off. I was able to easily peel off the top coat of bug gel polish. What I didn't mention in my initial review is that this product, Beetle Top Coat Gel Polish, was the finishing touch in the Kiss Dip Powder Set I made. Of all the tutorials I've seen that used gel polish as a finishing touch, a base gel polish was not required, so here's what I did: No base coat was used. However, I'm not sure why it peels off so easily. However, I did a mini experiment with Sally Hansen's gel base and gel top coat using the same dip powder kit. At first I just put the top coat (Sally Hansen) on my pinky, but then it comes off easily, like bug gel polish. So I removed that product and then applied a Sally Hansen base and top coat and so far the product hasn't chipped. To see if the bug gel polish really works, I buy a bug base coat to see if it helps prevent flaking. But in the meantime I'll try the Sally Hansen Base Coat and then apply the Bug Gel Top Coat.
