This platform has been used by us at our brewery since its inception as it was recommended through an existing relationship with their vendor (Progressive Systems). The ability that they have given me over time allows my team members access from home or anywhere there's internet connection via mobile devices such wifi hotspots etc., also I love how easy this program handles multiple locations within different states/countries which makes managing things much easier! They recently updated some features but other than those minor changes nothing else really needed changing about what i've seen thus far - no issues here either way!! We are able utilize everything provided without having any problems when using them out side normal office hours if need be too. Great product overall just keep up your support like others mentioned below otherwise will run dry quickly once not enough people care anymore lol :) As stated above great tool allowing remote work especially during COVID times.
