I love this cheese grater because it's quick and easy to use. I made an entire wedge out of imported Romano in minutes. I would have liked a thinner blade. I like the fact that you can vacuum with a little lever to keep it in place. I get such a strong pungent cheese smell from it so I have to try other cleaning methods. You'll also need a bowl of the right size to pick up the shredded cheese, as it can get very messy. Just in case, I say don't press too hard because I've read that clear plastic can tear. A little patience and caution. You will love this cheese grater.
