When I was abroad he was very friendly and honest, he also showed me his warehouse, a manufactory where everything is handmade and what I like is that everything is processed in a natural way, including dyeing and leather finishing. I've also made a few purchases through his website with no problems and when I found out he was on Revain I placed an order for Christmas, he was quick to answer my questions and dispatched my order the same day!
