Easy to use interface with all of our clients in different states or countries! The customer service is amazing as well. I have yet to find anything that we dislike about this software - it's everything you want out of an online system for your business needs!! It has been perfect so far because there really isn't any downside at this point when compared against other providers available in today’s market place. We are able to track emails from multiple locations (office) via one account which helps us keep up-to date regarding upcoming projects without having to constantly check each location separately. This also allows employees working remotely to access important project information quickly if needed.
