Poor quality and lack of support
UPDATE: So I got a reply with a production date. The rest of the letter was illegible code. I did reply, but now I'm back to waiting for someone to reply in a meaningful way. Bought it 6 months ago and it no longer works. The laptop doesn't even recognize it's plugged in and there's no picture. Even worse the seller says there is a guarantee but I sent a help request last week and still got NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY THIS! Spend a little more and get something from an honest seller.
