Good product but delivery issues

I don't think there is a way to rate the product other than shipping so I don't know how to rate these bags because although the product is good and I you order the second time my second order was canceled due to a shipping issue and the item was on its way but was then returned? what happened to it It would be nice to get some clarification on the matter.
