By far the worst printer I have ever owned. It hasn't even been a year and I'm already dreaming of throwing it away. From day one, all black and white text was printed proportionally to the page size, smaller than on a computer or tablet. All black text was blurry, regardless of size or style. It always looked like someone forgot their glasses while reading. Despite countless hours spent reconfiguring, cleaning heads, etc (tried every service option, searched the web, tried every solution), it never printed clearly. I always have trouble connecting to my phone or computer, it takes at least 5 or 6 attempts to print a print job. CONSTANT paper jams. The inks are very expensive and they don't last very long (lasts the same as before because I never use this printer as it's always such a labor intensive job). It ALWAYS takes time to print a black and white page of text. I've been late for class several times because I spent AT LEAST 10-15 minutes printing 5 or 6 pages for a class. Just absolute nonsense. Just 6 months after buying this junk it now no longer loads paper so it's basically useless for now. Also a very confusing setup for ink and all those other awkward flimsy compartments on it. Don't buy this crap. There's a reason it's on sale year-round for half a year. Because it sucks.
