Flange not glued to brass core
Plastic flange not glued to brass core. This causes rainwater to seep into my wall. I can't remove the flange to glue it to myself without risking breaking it. The previous one I had was glued together and didn't leak. I don't know if this is a defect of that one device or if they just decided to stop gluing them together.
