The 2 in 1 shampoo itself is pretty good. Pleasant smell, leaves hair clean and combable, so no problem. The problem is that whoever placed the bottle with the dispenser did not take into account the viscosity of the product. This is a thick shampoo and the bottle is for liquid products. This means that whenever you push the pump down, the first pump works pretty well and subsequent pumps only dig up a small amount of product. It's annoying. Because of this horrible packaging I will never buy this again and will not recommend it to anyone.
