Open box out of home - no wifi so couldn't download a getting started guide. There should be a printed guide in the box to help you get started! The picture is good but the sound is poor - the mic is on top, not in front, so it picks up the user's comments but not the topic. Downloading is easy and convenient. It's unacceptable to need a cloth pouch or some kind of flip-like case to protect the device when not in use and to expect people to buy a separate case for something with a scratched lens. My flip which is now dead had the same good picture, better sound but now doesn't work due to lack of support, was more user friendly. If you need a film camera, that's fine, but not very good.
