I purchased this shirt because I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was facing a double mastectomy. I knew I would need very soft button down shirts for a while since lifting my arms would be tough for some time. I received the shirt several weeks before surgery and it was cute enough to wear all buttoned with it tied in the front as shown. Now that I’m recovering from surgery, I have been wearing it open with a camisole underneath and it acts like a very soft comfy lightweight sweater as well. I bought several more colors and have washed and worn them a lot since receiving them. I would definitely recommend them!
