This is my first time wanting to brand food. Used it for a party on buns. As long as it's hot enough (I used a gas stove) it works fine. I've also used it on meat, but it's not as light as on a bun because the meat has its own texture and pattern. I wish it was a little less. It adds a charcoal flavor. I found it paired well with pickled cucumbers or pickled beets in a hamburger. Don't hesitate to try other designs. The picture shows him on a grilled almond flour cheese sandwich.
