The ability to use it with all of our different templates, as well its flexibility for customization makes this software very user friendly! I also like how easy they make adding new calls or CTAs into my website by just copying from their examples which are available online if you don't know what your looking at already within other CTA programs out there..

nothing really but maybe ease could help users who may not have much experience using them? It would definitely save time when creating websites/websites where we need many call outs throughout pages etc., especially considering some people do get confused even after being told about certain things over email so having something quick & easier than going through an entire screen explaining everything again helps immensely =). They were able create customizations too easily without needing someone else's knowledge - great way since i'm usually doing.
