I don't like wearing gloves or taking them off and on again.
I started getting blisters and tears from various horizontal bars at the gym. They took care of it. I don't like wearing gloves or taking them off and on during methcons, so I untie the strap and then slip it into my wrist strap after tightening it. It takes a second to put on and take off compared to gloves. The skin on my clothes has chafed on and off, I expect this will stop with use otherwise I would look for a darker cooler in the future as I usually wear dark clothes when I exercise.
