I wear a US size 10.5 running shoe from Nike, Saucony or NB. These fit mostly the same. My foot is not too narrow or too wide at the toe and they seem to fit fine with regular thickness socks. I hope that helps.I bought these for very casual level ultimate frisbee. There isn't much between you and the cleat so if middle aged like myself, you may want to add a gel insert. I don't think I could wear these more than an 1.5. If playing something more serious, invest and get a more expensive pair of shoes.The shoes look cool. I got the bright yellow. The only issue with my pair is the top eye on the shoe wasn't fully punched through or lined up. I had to do that myself.For the price, they fit their purpose and my size 10.5 foot.
