The WiFi app is a big hit for the dehumidifier. Check out reviews on the App Store to learn more about the app's interface. Doesn't work or connect. Very disappointed. Update: The company now says the WiFi tag is wrong. It even has a WiFi indicator. (Although you can get a partial connect using your phone and the password provided). They know it doesn't work and they gave me some filters! I asked for an extra remote control so I didn't have to crawl under the house and they said NO! What a terrible customer experience. Additional update. Although it also has a Cat 5 connector for the remote control. The remote control they make does not fit this model! Why did you make this model?
