Review on 🍞 3.5 Quart Plastic Dough Rising Bucket w/ Lid - Multi-purpose Storage Container for Optimal Rising Process by Bridget Robinson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works great so far in food storage

I'm interested in homemade artisanal bread. I read that it should rise in a suitable container, so I found it and bought it. So he's doing fine. I was wondering if it was worth buying the "official" container just because I found something, but I didn't want to risk it and the reviews were good. It's durable and made out of cheap plastic. I haven't had it long enough to speak about durability. It makes about four small loaves of homemade bread. I read good advice from someone about drilling holes for ventilation. I just leave it cracked and haven't had any problems so far. I know it works, so I don't have to think about the container and can focus on the bread. It's transparent enough that you can see the dough, but sometimes it's a little hard to see unless you hold it up to the light.

Pros
  • Food storage
Cons
  • Hard to tell
