A very good container to let the dough rise without sticking!

I like this bucket even more than I expected. I bake sourdough bread regularly and use this bucket for overnight smoothing. I love being able to see how much my dough has risen, keep it well covered and not have to worry about it sticking. This thing is easy to clean because the batter just falls out. It was a good buy.

My wake up time is more accurate

I like these buckets. I bake a lot of bread, mostly challah on holidays but also pannetone.” It's important to know when my dough has doubled in size, and when I've used the bowl I've never been sure. This is great, I use a rubber band on the outside when I put the dough in for the first time and then I can see clearly when it doubles. They wash well and are durable. I have 3 because that's the maximum amount of bread dough I'll lift at one time.

Great container. I use regularly.

As advertised. Strong enough. About the right amount for artisanal bread, but be careful as using a little extra yeast will cause the bucket of dough to overflow. You will also need to drill a hole in the top for ventilation. I used a sharp knife. If you find a bucket with a slightly larger diameter, you're in for a big mistake. The delivery was delayed, but it seems to be due to the SNAFU mail. Listed as shipped but then stayed at the waypoint for several days before it was delivered. Some…

Keeps what it promises

Works great. perfect size The transparent plastic allows you to see how far the dough has risen. Easily writable with a whiteboard or permanent marker. The lid closes completely but isn't airtight, so it won't burst while the dough is rising. Plastic does not smell at all and does not affect the taste of the dough. Durable and fairly easy to clean. There's a small protrusion at the top (probably a stacking feature) that I find a little fiddly to clean, but it doesn't ruin my life. It was…

Works great so far in food storage

I'm interested in homemade artisanal bread. I read that it should rise in a suitable container, so I found it and bought it. So he's doing fine. I was wondering if it was worth buying the "official" container just because I found something, but I didn't want to risk it and the reviews were good. It's durable and made out of cheap plastic. I haven't had it long enough to speak about durability. It makes about four small loaves of homemade bread. I read good advice from someone about drilling…
